As a Software Engineer (AI) at ARAG, you will work on developing a robust data infrastructure to translate advanced AI models into relevant applications. You will play a crucial role in building end-to-end products that feed AI models with clean, structured and relevant data and provide it to frontend systems. In addition, you will work closely with stakeholders to facilitate and optimize the development of AI models and AI-driven applications.

You will contribute to building AI solutions for the business, integrating AI models with various user-facing systems. A concrete project that you will immediately embark on is the development of our own AI Legal Assistant. Here we develop an application that helps lawyers handle claims.
As an software engineer & product developer, you will strengthen us from your experience and personality to make this ambition come true. You do this by:

• making a data model and AI models available to our internal customers;
• developing applications based on these AI models and other technologies;
• Be a sparring partner for your fellow team members when it comes to technical challenges and solutions, especially in the field of AI development.

Functie-eisen

You have extensive experience in setting up robust software solutions within Azure and are familiar with the DevOps method. Experience in integrating and optimizing models is an advantage. We think it's also good that you have:

• a technical HBO or WO background (e.g. computer science, physics, mathematics);
• programming in Python, with knowledge of AI frameworks such as LangChain an advantage;
• experience with SQL or python SQL libraries like sqlalchemy;
• Experience in FastAPI or other python web frameworks;
• the ability to quickly master other programming languages or technical skills;
• experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working methods;
• knowledge of Azure, Azure DevOps, Azure Functions and OpenAI platforms;
• experience with JavaScript frontend development, or specifically with CRM frameworks like SalesForce is an advantage;
• command of both Dutch and English (verbally and in writing).
