Wat je gaat doen

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in building and executing our people plan, translating business needs into HR programs that empower our employees and drive our success.

Your key responsabilities include:

• Build and execute the people plan, translating business needs into relevant HR programs, projects and the right teams composition
• Provide expert advice, coaching and recommendations to leaders which results in engaged and empowered teams
• Manage HR processes such as Performance Management, Talent Management, Engagement, Pay review
• Facilitate employee learning and development, talent attracting programs, recruitment, retention strategies, succession planning and career development
• Participate in change projects such as organizational transformations for your business scope
• Lead and design HR projects relevant to achieve our People Strategy in International context
• Build strong community of International Bussiness Partners act as a liason with our Dutch colleagues Global HR community and other stakeholders

Wat je meebrengt

To be successful in the role of HR Business Partner, a strong set of competencies is required, including:

• You’ve had previous experience in general HR Management in an international environment
• You have a bachelor's degree or master's degree in HR Management or a related field
• You have strong business acumen and the ability to think strategically, aligning HR programs and initiatives with business goals and objectives
• You have the ability to build strong relationships with business leaders, employees, and stakeholders,  to make and impact  and  influence them effectively
• You posses excellent communication skills (English required, Dutch is valued), both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
• You have the ability to manage change effectively, including communicating change, engaging stakeholders, and managing resistance
• You have outstanding collaboartion skills and ability to build coalitions and bring people along to achieve remarkable results together
