Your job

This role is for a Risk Management Specialist in the 1st Line of Defense, responsible for efficiently executing the  Risk Management & Control Framework within Corporate Banking (CB). You will act as a liaison between the CB business and 2nd & 3rd line stakeholders, providing input for the CB Business Risk Committee and Group Risk Committee. Your key responsibilities will include representing the business in global regulatory Non-Financial Risk (NFR) projects, navigating a complex international landscape, and engaging with diverse senior stakeholders across the bank. Join our team to contribute to the execution and monitoring of the Risk & Control framework, ensuring compliance with policies related to integrity and protection of the organization and its employees. Take part in executing the Management of Non-Financial Risks, and Audit-related instruments within CB. Accurate reporting and timely management information provision are essential for both internal and external stakeholders. Your profile

Be part of our team as a self-motivated and proactive individual, passionate about making a difference. We are looking for a candidate who possesses:

• 2+ years relevant risk management/project management experience, preferably in a commercial business setting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, confidently liaising with Senior Management.
• Proactive self-starter, able to handle a diverse workload.
• Results driven, with a strong sense of accountability.
• Strong organizational sensitivity, understanding and adapting to organizational dynamics.
• Familiarity with Risk Governance Systems, Risk Data Analysis & Risk Reporting.
• Fluent in English.
