Wat je gaat doen
As our Learning & Development expert, you help ensure our colleagues can keep up with the constantly changing market. You exactly know how to empower people to be their best, and drive innovative strategic L&D activities in a corporate context. With the team, you are responsible for creating a sustainable learning infrastructure that will guide our people and organisation to continuously learn and grow. Working closely with HR colleagues across our business, you will develop/co-create required & practical guidance, policies, processes and tooling to get there.
You advise on the design and drive the implementation of strategic learning and development programmes, working closely with stakeholders to serve our businesses in the best possible way. You will deliver L&D advice and expertise, using the latest techniques and creative solutions to make learning within NN not only effective but also inspirational and fun.
- You detect and translate overarching and strategic learning needs into impactful and engaging learning solutions and/or up-/reskilling initiatives
- You help to introduce and embed a skills methodology within our organisation
- You advise on the design and support in the implementation of strategic learning and development programmes (together with the (HR) business and suppliers) based on NN’s strategic priorities
- You create pragmatic, clear and inspiring guidelines, policies and processes for various groups in the business regarding ways of working, vision on learning, (preferred) suppliers, etc
- You help set up and manage our Learning Management System (LMS – preferably Workday Learning experience) strategy and maintain contracts and relation with preferred L&D suppliers

What you will bring
You combine both content knowledge and strong programme execution/management skills and enjoy bringing concepts to life. Ideally, you have experience designing learning paths in LMS and worked with/implemented skills methodology in a corporate environment. You are tech-savvy with a keen understanding of (or curiosity towards) how AI and data will impact the future of the workforce and you think ahead on how this translates to impactful L&D interventions.
- You hold a relevant bachelor or master’s degree and have a customer-oriented mindset
- You are a self-starter, with a clear communication style (fluency in English required, Dutch is plus) and excellent stakeholder management skills. You enjoy working within a high-paced, international environment
- You have a curious (analytical) mind and are willing to constructively challenge the status quo, while being able to get to practical solutions
- You have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience, for example in corporate L&D and programme development, preferably with a Development/Educational Design L&D background, or you bring relevant consultancy experience
